My philosophy is to see all challenges as opportunities for greatness and growth.  I am particularly skilled in the areas of: life transitions, relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, work/life balance, grief, loss, and personal growth/development. I am a certified counselor with the British Columbia College of Social Workers and want to help individuals and couples/families work through difficult moments and stay connected, I have been doing this since 2007. I am a Gottman Trained Level 3 therapist and I continue to enhance my skills by taking courses and staying current with new research. I am passionate about what I do!

My commitment is to provide a safe, genuine, empathetic, therapeutic environment, where you are honored, and feel empowered to explore your emotional and spiritual world. Collaboratively, we will determine therapy goals, and implement techniques and strategies which will promote positive effective change.
