Counselling Fees
Sessions are a full 60 minutes. Social Work Services are GST excempt.
$140 for 60 minute individual counselling sessions
$200 for 90 minute couples/family counselling sessions
Payment Options
Fees are due at the end of each session. Payments can be made with cash, cheque, visa, master card or e-transfer.
Missed or Late Appointments
Your appointment time has been reserved for you, which prevents others from accessing services. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged for 50% of the missed appointment. Clients who cancel within 24 hours are subject to being charged for the entire missed visit.
Clients arriving late for appointments can complete the rest of their appointment’s scheduled time, however, they will still be charged the full session fee.
3rd Party Coverage
Many extended benefits packages reimburse fees for counselling provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please check with your provider. You will be asked to pay for each session and then use the receipts provided to receive your reimbursement from your provider. At this point, direct billing is possible with First Nations Health, WorkBC, and AgSafe Program. Please contact us if you have questions about these programs
