What Coaching with Merel Includes
Each coaching process is uniquely tailored, but typically follows this structure:
1. Discovery Session (60–75 minutes)
We explore your current challenges, clarify your topic, and identify key focus areas for development.
2. Offer Session
You’ll receive a compassionate and concise Integral Coaching™ assessment of:
Your Current Way of approaching this topic — what’s serving you, and what’s limiting you
A personalized New Way — an inspiring framework that focuses and supports your development
You’ll also receive a clear Integral Coaching™ Program outlining:
Key Developmental Objectives that guide our work
A visible path of growth from where you are to where you want to be
Ways to track your progress — during coaching and beyond
3. 5–10 Biweekly Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
Together, we deepen awareness, reflection, and action through guided practices and metaphors that represent your Current Way of Being and Future Way of Being.
During sessions, we:
Explore what’s arising for you as you engage with your program
Identify how to leverage insights into sustainable growth
Co-create customized practices designed to fit your progress and current capacity
Between sessions, you will:
Work with your practices to build awareness and new capacity
Have access to email check-ins for accountability and support (not oversight — but partnership when you need it most)
4. Completion Session (60 minutes)
This final session gives space to take in and celebrate your growth — acknowledging what has shifted and what now feels possible.
We’ll:
Reflect on your progress and new capacities
Identify how to sustain your momentum and self-trust
Prepare for potential challenges as you continue independently
Location & Format
All sessions can be conducted in person (Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia) or online via JaneApp or Zoom.
